Preliminary monies
Once an offer has been accepted by the landlord, an equivalent to one weeks rent is payable. This is credited towards your Advance Rent if you enter into a tenancy agreement.
Rental Payments
All subsequent rental payments must be made by bank standing order and received by the due date.
Deposit
Annual rent up to £50,000 Equivalent to five weeks’ rent
Annual rent exceeding £50,000 Equivalent to six weeks’ rent
Deposit for a short let tenancy £700 or equivalent to one weeks' rent (whichever is greater)
Other fees
Contract variation, novation, amendment or change of occupant at the tenant’s request within an existing tenancy £50 (or reasonable costs if higher)
Default fee of interest on late rent if rent is more than 14 days overdue 3% above Bank of England base rate
Default fee for lost keys or other respective security devices .Actual cost of replacement
